  1. I love this post! I tend to laugh a lot and at everything, and it often makes everyone around me start laughing too (sometimes they're laughing at me because I'm laughing about something stupid but it's okay because they're still laughing!) Laughter is one of the best things when I'm stressed because it immediately lifts my mood :)

  2. This is one of the most "true" blog posts I have read. You really hit home with your internal exploration alongside the exploration of laughter from an outside perspective. I swear every time I see you and Albert talking either one or both of you are laughing.

  3. Laughing and smiling are things that I believe everyone should do. I've read somewhere that just the act of smiling can lift your mood. Laughing for long periods of time can burn as many calories as exercising. Like you, I really enjoy laughing because it takes my mind off my problems and stresses.

  4. Great post, you always do seem to laugh a lot. Nice to see why, and to see how noble the cause is. Laughter is a truly social experience, and like yawns is quite contagious, I think one of the most cataclysmic examples of this is the Tanganyika laughter epidemic in which lasted from 6 to eighteen months of laughter.
    Here's a quick link on it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanganyika_laughter_epidemic

  5. I completely agree with this post. When my friends and I start dying of laughter over some stupid small thing that probably isn't funny to any other people, it's the best experience. In that moment you forgot everything that's going on--problems, stress, deadlines-- and just have fun.
